In fact, a comprehensive global review revealed that air pollution may be damaging the entire human body, from every organ to virtually every cell. The research identifies connections between air pollution and common health risks from heart and lung disease to diabetes and dementia to liver problems and bladder cancer. Most importantly, the review found that fertility, fetuses and children are also negatively affected by toxic air.
