What sets Little Lukes apart from other preschools/schools?
Little Lukes is known for our positive and very clean work environment. In the summer of 2019, we had medical-grade Intellipure air purifiers installed in each of our centers to help reduce pathogens that cause illness and flare up asthma. In addition, we also use a Clorox 360 electrostatic mister to clean our centers and ensure every surface is disinfected from every angle.
Little Lukes is also proud to report that we have a full-time company trainer that works with all of our employees for a well-developed orientation and continual training throughout employment. You will always be up to date on the most recent procedures and best practices that should be used while in the centers.

What is the hiring process like during the pandemic?
Yes, we are open, which means we are still hiring! We have a variety of virtual platforms that you as the interviewee can choose from to have interviews. Giving you the chance to still meet and speak with someone from the company.
What approach does Little Lukes take for children who receive speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or special education services?
One of the best things about working at Little Lukes is watching the kids grow! Our fully inclusive therapy programs, are adapting and modifying so that all children can be included in all aspects of the preschool experience. The team members communicate immensely so that all of the children can be successful across all settings, from home to therapy sessions to the classroom.
How does Little Lukes support the team as a whole, as well as each individual team member?
Our team members are all very approachable and have an open door policy! We have monthly staff meetings that help to increase and encourage communication. Team members are always helping and giving strategies with what individual are striving towards or need help with. As an agency, we always seek new ways to improve the work we do or make it easier/more efficient for our staff. Little Lukes is a leading Syracuse and Oswego County education provider with five inclusion preschool locations. The early education program includes credentialed and caring staff that specializes in comprehensive infant, toddler and pre-kindergarten development. All Lead Teachers and Special Education Teachers are NYS certified. Additional services include pediatric speech therapy, pediatric physical therapy and pediatric occupational therapy with NYS certified therapists. Preschool locations include Dewitt (East Syracuse), Baldwinsville (Radisson), Oswego, Fulton, and Pulaski.
